         南通市萤火虫儿童康复中心创办于2015年,是一所经南通市残疾人联合会批准的残联下属机构,经民政局批准登记。现位于南通市崇川区外滩花苑,是南通市较大规模的儿童康复机构。
本机构是由特殊儿童家长和专业老师合作,为成长中的折翼天使搭建的健康成长平台。对孤独症、发育迟缓、言语障碍、运动障碍、脑瘫等特殊儿童进行早期干预训练,使其能够尽早弥补缺陷,提高儿童的社会适应能力,最终能够融入社会。机构办学4年以来,紧密围绕专业、爱心、耐心、融合的办学宗旨,让每一位折翼的天使都能接受到专业的训练及教育,以“打造全国特殊儿童教育康复优质资源平台,创建全国一流特教学校”为办学目标,根据开放融合、医教结合、按需供教的理念,积极探索“教育、康复、职业”三位一体的适性发展教育模式,提升办学内涵,凸显办学特色,使每一个特殊孩子的潜能得到最好的发展。
     现机构逐步形成了纵向“早期教育、幼儿园教育、九年义务教育、职业教育”,横向“医疗康复、教育康复、职业康复、社会康复”的教育模式。中心先后通过中国社会组织5A级等级评估、江苏省孤独症儿童康复一级定点机构、江苏省孤独症康复人才实训基地评估。现已成为自闭症教育领域特色鲜明、效果突出的行业领导品牌。  
 
教学特色:结构化、追踪化、参与化、社会化
*结构化:中心引入结构化教学法,对孤独症儿童采取个别指导,分别训练,形成一对一教学模式,使训练效率得到大幅度提高。
*追踪化:中心成立了“宝贝成长追踪中心”,由老师组成专家组,为每位孩子量身定制独一无二的“宝贝计划”,记录孩子成长变化的每一步,同时定期验视训练计划并动态调整,让孩子始终走在最优的特教轨道上,帮助孩子取得最好的进步。
*参与化:中心将创造条件,让家长共同参与特教计划,共同参与相关社会活动,让家长见证孩子的点滴进步。同时,传授家长教育方式,提高家庭的指导水平。
*社会化:中心将安排“爱心大使”带孩子走进户外课堂,通过踏青、春游等形式多样的社会活动,让孩子在平等和谐的环境下大胆尝试,释放自我天性,感受广阔天地。
      本中心将秉承“专业、爱心、耐心、融合”的办学宗旨,用科学专业的方法、充满爱心的陪伴、极尽耐心的呵护、帮助孩子尽快与同龄孩子融合,与社会融合。


     Nantong Firefly Rehabilitation Center for Children was founded in 2015. It is an affiliated institution of Disabled People's Federation approved by Nantong Disabled People's Federation and registered with the approval of the Civil Affairs Bureau. Now located in the Bund Garden of Chongchuan District of Nantong City, it is a large-scale rehabilitation institution for children in Nantong City.
 
     This Institute is a healthy growth platform built by parents of special children and professional teachers for the growing winged angels. Early intervention training for special children such as autism, developmental retardation, speech disorder, motor disorder, cerebral palsy can make up for their shortcomings as soon as possible, improve their social adaptability and eventually integrate into society. Over the past four years, the Institute has been working closely around the tenet of specialty, love, patience and integration, so that every broken-wing angel can receive professional training and education. With the goal of "building a national platform of high-quality resources for special children's education and rehabilitation, and creating a national first-class special education school", it actively explores "teaching" in accordance with the concepts of open integration, combination of medicine and education, and on-demand teaching.      The current institutions have gradually formed a vertical "early education, kindergarten education, nine-year compulsory education, vocational education" and horizontal "medical rehabilitation, educational rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, social rehabilitation" education model. The center has successively passed the 5A-level evaluation of Chinese social organizations, the first-level designated institutions for rehabilitation of autistic children in Jiangsu Province, and the evaluation of the training base for autistic rehabilitation talents in Jiangsu Province. Teaching Characteristics: Structuralization, Tracking, Participation and Socialization
 
* Structuralization: The center introduces structured teaching method, takes individual guidance for autistic children, trains them separately, forms one-to-one teaching mode, and greatly improves the training efficiency.
 
* Tracking: The center has set up a "Baby Growth Tracking Center". Teachers form a group of experts to tailor a unique "Baby Plan" for each child. They record every step of the child's growth and change. At the same time, they regularly inspect the training plan and dynamically adjust it to keep the child on the best track of special education and help the child make the best progress.
 
* Participation: The center will create conditions for parents to participate in special education programs, participate in relevant social activities, and allow parents to witness their children's progress. At the same time, we should teach parents the way of education and improve the level of family guidance.
 
* Socialization: The center will arrange "love ambassadors" to take children into outdoor classrooms. Through various forms of social activities such as outing and spring outing, the center will let children try bravely in an equal and harmonious environment, release their nature and feel the vast world.
